Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
  • Delivery
  • will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 2 working days of receipt of the order. All goods will be dispatched in suitable packaging and sent using Parcel Force. All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order. If the goods are not in stock, or if there is any delay then the customer will be notified by e-mail using the e-mail address supplied by the customer on the order. accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any item made via transit.

    Charges supplied via Parcel Force –
    N Ireland or UK Delivery - £10.50 up to 10kgs, delivery is 2 working days.
    Republic of Ireland - £26.99 up to 10kgs, delivery is 2 working days.

    Delivery of items heavier will incur an extra delivery charge.

  • Ownership of Goods
  • All items supplied to the customer remain the property of until final payment of all sums has been received in full by us.
  • Returns
  • Can I return my item(s)?

    Yes, goods must be returned in store with original receipt within 7 calendar days for a full refund.

    All goods returned unmarked/undamaged/unused/unopened within 7 calendar days of original purchase are entitled to a full return in the form of the original purchase payment e.g. cash/credit card.

    After 7 calendar days and up to a maximum 28 calendar days all goods returned unmarked/undamaged/unused/unopened are entitled to a credit note with the value of returned item(s).

  • Faulty Goods
  • All goods sold are believed to be of merchantable quality. If, however, you should receive a faulty item the following procedures should be followed:

    Please e-mail us within 21 days of the delivery, giving details of any problem, this is to speed up any refund process;

    We will contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This would be either a full refund including postage, a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights. A full refund is always offered for faulty goods.

    Please do not send back faulty goods without contacting us first. It speeds up the process if we have prior knowledge of a problem.

  • Cancellations
  • Cancellation of an order must happen immediately within 24 hours by ringing the shop during our opening hours. After 24 hours the order cannot be withheld and will be delivered to your delivery address. Refund can be offered if a return can be arranged by the customer within 7 days. We are unable to provide a refund on delivery charges.
